Fruit Cake Mix Recipe

The combination of healthy fruit will surely make you want to try this recipe.



Ingredients:

275 grams of margarine
225 grams of sugar
5 eggs
250 grams of flour proteins
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
50 ml of liquid milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla paste
150 grams of fruit mix (raisins, cherry red, green cherry)

How to make a fruit cake mix:
Shake the margarine and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time alternately with sifted flour portion and shaken gently.

Add the remaining flour and baking powder mixture alternately with milk and vanilla paste sifted and shaken gently. Add fruit mix. Stir spread.

Pour the batter into pan 18x18x7 cm smeared with margarine and baking paper.

Cook in the oven with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius 65 minutes until cooked.
